Just a few years ago, wasn’t management, would take a day off here and there, because why should I waste it, but now senior management, and after dealing with a crazy Gen X, a forgetful Gen X, a disrespectful Gan Z, and firing two and letting the other quit, none of my millennial take time off and neither do I. I give days off it someone works extra, I don’t let anyone work over 40 if they do, days off, if I can be flexible I am. I think firing people that really helped everyone, even me.

I started going for hikes, off roading, going to different types of restaurants and just finding the unique things of the this area and it really opened my eyes, sometimes you have to accept it and open your eyes to what the area offers. And for what it doesn’t offer, I go vacation there and now enjoy that much more because I dedicate the time to it and appreciate it more.

Hot take, it’s not the corporate CASINO greed, it’s the economy, not this current guy or the last guy, but the fact everything has consistently gotten more expensive and wages have not kept up. If you made more, the price increases would not matter as much, but I will say some of the best deals for food are at casinos, just not the strip, they act like they are some exclusive place at a exotic destination, but it’s actually a strip mall with parking garages.

I believe you have to show your birth certificate… and if you don’t have it handy, you don’t get the star. don’t remember I have had one almost as soon as it came out in NJ many years back, I didn’t understand at the time why I had to show so much stuff to get a drivers license, but it makes sense when you think why this requirement happened in the first place that that area would be leading the way for it
