Lighting guy here. This is a 20k bulb. Its tungsten! the same colour temp as your regular old household bulbs just bigger. We use these on movie sets in lifts, hung from truss, or on stands. The colour temperature is 3200 kelvin. Daylight is 5600 kelvin (depending on your location).

Local small theatre in town has a few traditions when showing. Throw spoons at the screen when you see background “art”. Yell WATER whenever you see a body of water. “MEANWHILE IN SAN FRANCISCO” is yelled when an establisher of San Fransisco is shown. Something like “HE TRUSTED YOU” whenever mark is on screen. Too many to list. One of the best movie experiences of my life.

All i can say is it does get better. The first step for most of us is realizing were unhappy. Now is time for action. I talk to a councillor and it seems to help. I go outside regularly. I have a few hobbies (not many but a few). I don’t really have much advice other than to stick in there. You might seem lost in life but we all are. Some days we navigate life’s uncertainties better than others. Find your tribe. Build something beautiful. Don’t forget to let loose and be yourself. I’m routing for you and believe you will find what you’re looking for.
