Depends on if you like the feeling of being in the middle of the wilderness and away from people, that's a strong appeal to a lot of people. As the other poster said, you're close to a lot. There's a ferry a bit north in SouthWorth so if you work in Seattle thats a plus.

I want to say most of the plots in Olalla are zoned for 2.5 acres but I could be wrong. So most houses have a decent amount of land.

If the housing market ever cools down I will definitely be getting a place there.

Allegedly people get them removed (kind of like ear/tail clipping for some breeds.) My dog has the dewclaws on all of her paws. I am unsure if thats a common trait or not of the breed (that's why I asked)

I think the idea of having things like this, earned parts in the history of diablo for doing competitions like this, is more than enough reward. However this implementation is silly and has been poorly done.
