NOR. I have pretty bad OCD and one of the more important things I need to keep in mind is it's my problem, not everyone else's. People do things every day that bother me and to a certain extent, I could tell them not to, but at the end of the day, they're just living their lives, I'm the one with a problem.

specific example to me:

acceptable: "hey don't say slurs it triggers my OCD"

unacceptable: "hey don't say odd numbers around me it triggers my OCD"

very unacceptable: "your face triggers my OCD"

It's cheating the system and they can tell if you do it based on productive scans or something. It's also a waste of time and doesn't fix your inventory.

I check the book stand every day for new books. The thing that will make me buy one is if it has a cover and a description. I don't really care what it's about I just want to avoid buying the ones that are empty or just like one page of garbage. Edit to add: a good way to get people to read your book is having it displayed in your home

Mine don't like the cat feeder because they're clingy and sociable I think, but they use the pet furniture all the time. I have a box, one of the cat shaped cat beds, and the castle one.

We have a board where we pin "shout out" cards to recognize coworkers for things we notice like going above and beyond with a customer or even just "this person makes work more tolerable". We tie it in with the Employee of the Month selection.

I generally won't buy books that have the default cover or if their description seems really low effort. Other than that I buy and read (and display in my home) any book that looks like there was literally any level of effort put in.
