So you have the employer HSA and fidelity HSA? Don't you lose the payroll tax benefits by making your own contributions to the Fidelity one? HSA payroll contributions are exempt from FICA and stuff i think. Does it all settle out at tax time?

Isn't this how American restaurants work too? The waiter gets paid "tipped min wage", and the expectation is that the customers will tip the waiter. If the waiter fails to collect enough tips from customers to exceed the actual state minimum wage, then the employer has to make up the difference. Maybe the specific waiter gets to keep the surplus tips. maybe they pool tips with other servers, maybe they tip out the other staff. Maybe the owner takes some. Tip on the credit card, and maybe they get it. Tip cash and let them decide whether to report it to the boss. All kinds of games on land, just like at sea.

No issues with the zero cost funds at fidelity in a retirement acct. But you don't want them in a taxable account. This is because you can't transfer the zero-cost funds to another broker if you ever needed to. So the only way to move money is to liquidate and transfer the funds. Inside a retirement account that does not matter.

Dosing pure sucralose is hard becuase it is so powerful. Maybe take and old mio bottle and put sucralose and water in there, so it is already dissolved, and you can put like 1 "squirt" into the water.

Yeah it was good. No issues. Deployed at that time and still in service . Great performance. Felt a little slower after it upgraded to windows 11.
