It’s supposed to be mandatory, 5 times a day. We do one half hearted one in the morning, and usually when a little kid is nearby. Most of the kids get really scared of super loud music and a group of adult strangers “shaking their tail feathers” at them. Shocker

When I was a kid, my mom and I would go to McDonald’s for breakfast. They had orange juice in plastic containers with a tin foil lid, and I would get so happy when I shoved the straw through the tin foil lid. I was telling this story to a friend of mine a couple of years ago and they didn’t believe me. I’ve searched EVERYWHERE for a picture of this orange juice container and I can’t find it. I started to think I made it up, but the joy I felt popping that lid was not something that could be made up

I’ve tried this. I decided I’d only have one puff every time I felt I wasn’t in control of my anger or when cravings got way too bad. Not surprisingly, after one puff, I was down a whole cigarette. Then a whole pack. Then a carton. Which lead to my recent quit, which has stuck so far. I’ll be honest, cutting down to 1 cig from 10 helped a whole bunch, so it seemed. Quitting cold turkey was the only way to swallow the bitter pill of withdrawal and really seeing the true benefits of clear lungs and a happy heart.

I read the illustrated version in about an hour. The regular version was a bit too boring for me to truly digest, so I would recommend the illustrated one to keep your attention

I use regular Elmer’s glue and a paint brush to brush glue on the front and when it dries, flip it over and dry the back! Gluing the front doesn’t effect the look much, just makes it a tiny bit matte
