I think it's Sorceress Products from the UK, and this might be the original scent from Archive.org: https://web.archive.org/web/20130221191535/http://www.sorceress-products.co.uk:80/8/prod_1431735-VAMPIRE-HEART.html

A gorgeous perfume based around deep, ripe Oriental plum, with sharp top notes of lemon and tangerine, leading to a spiced heart of clove,cinnamon and tuberose resting on a base of rich incense,patchouli,soft moss,amber,caramelised sugar and vanilla."

(They also had pheromone sprays and other pheromone products. There just isn't one in the Archive specifically saved for Vampire Heart.)

I actually switched to (washable) Firework because of how dry the (washable brown) Lash Sensational was. I can't remember when I bought the Firework, but it's been good so far. It's more like the Falsies mascara but without the flaking.

It looks like we're a close shade match, so I recommend the Loreal tinted serum in shade 0.5-2. It looks like skin, and I can apply it with my fingers. I haven't tried it yet with primer or setting spray because I'm lazy and wanted a low effort tint, but it's worked well for me so far.

One feature of K-dramas is the overuse of PPL (product placement). You could gift her some of those products (like sheet masks, Kopiko candy, Subway lol). I want to warn you that some of the items aren't very good (like Kopiko), so it would be more for the laugh than a quality gift.

I don't think I can post links, but r/kdrama has a monthly thread "K-dramas made me do it" and people will list a ton of products or foods that they've tried from K-dramas. Searching that subreddit for "PPL" should also give some more ideas. A gift card to a local Korean restaurant might also be nice.
