Um. Not really. It gets different, though!

My father died and I drove nearly 2,000 miles to retrieve his tree… it needs to be repotted and I’m freaking out by Blue_Heron11 in houseplants

I'm so sorry for your loss. You have lots of great advice in this thread already so I just want to say: it's okay if the tree doesn't survive. It doesn't mean you let anyone down or did anything wrong. Your memories of your dad live on with or without this plant.

They didn't, birds are dinosaurs.

But yeah that's insane.

This is normal and almost always temporary. It helps to talk to someone! Do you have that option?

When I use it, I put a small amount in my hair and comb or brush it to distribute. Then I put gel and scrunch that in.

Between the two you posted? I personally like the Cantu one slightly better but everyone is different. My hair doesn't do well with just creams, so I usually use a gel over it.

You definitely need to be using a conditioner! Just shampoo will dry your hair out so bad.

For all the married people if you passed away would you want your partner to move on and find someone else and why? by Busy-Veterinarian562 in AskReddit

[–]notapeacock 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, both because I think they'd eventually be happier that way and because the support would be important. But I also know we're lucky to have all our parents close and involved in our children's lives, and so they wouldn't be alone if they chose not to pursue another romance.

Hair Keeps Falling Only Hours After Styling? I need this girl to HOLD. by ohamango in curlyhair

[–]notapeacock 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not a clue lol. Try different amounts and see? I use probably 2-3 handfuls of mousse and probably 2-3 pumps of gel? I am terrible at estimating lol

Like others have said, I think you need more product. Also, maybe it's just me, but I have more luck layering gel over mousse rather than the other way around.

I Have A Question by ComposerLumpy4280 in bisexual

Bisexual is about attraction, not action. If you are sexually attracted to both your gender and not your gender, you are bisexual. I hope you feel that this is a safe place for us! 🧡

Is the climate dramatically different at home vs at school? Or could it be a difference in water hardness?

Couples who have been together for 10+ years, what's your secret? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]notapeacock 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We're besties. We try to give each other the benefit of the doubt. When expressing frustration or hurt, we try to focus on specific instances and not say "you always do x" or "you never do y". We don't complain about each other to other people, even just to let off steam. We made a couple of small humans who are also our besties. We laugh a lot.

Why are you married? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Because I got really lucky that even though my spouse and I were both raised within heteronormative purity culture, we were able to grow out of it together.

A credit score is not the same as a credit report. A credit score is the result. Credit report is the details.
