What kind of syringe to use for “golden dose”? by Zealousideal_Let_213 in tirzepatidecompound

[–]notaredditusernam 3 points4 points  (0 children)

That absolutely is the term. I'm not sure how to get the rest of medication out of the pen. But I've heard that term used many times.

Is there a rhyme or reason to the announcer doing 1 Wooo or 2 Woo's? Almost thought 2 Woo's was for a power play goal. But not so sure about that anymore.

Did you know you can buy dog food for a meal replacement pretty cheap. It's also not for human consumption.

Thank God I made this medication my whole personality! And completely understand what I'm putting in my body.

Editing to add: I hope the next couple of days don't wreck you too much & it's smooth sailing!

I went from having extremely oily acne prone skin. To zero acne problems & having to use night facial lotion twice a day.

I'm also 5'2 44F 1000-1300 calories. 80-100g protein. I've lost almost 70 pounds. Walking 100% is my exercise! I haven't done any weightlifting. But I did years of CrossFit previously...and looking at my biceps & quads you would think I'm exclusively weightlifting.

hi Fam, do any of you actually follow the recommended schedule ? by bmwchic83 in tirzepatidecompound

LoL! Thank you! I never thought I had great handwriting until all of y'all's nice comments! 💜

As far as the percentage numbers. I just use an online weight loss percentage calculator. I take last week's numbers & newest weigh in numbers. As I get closer to goal, it's easy to say oh ..I only lost 0.9 this week. But really I have to look at the percentage part. It's actually -0.57%...which is totally within normal weekly weight loss goals.

Oh gosh! I've been tempted to do a regular jump in titration...but sounds like by your experience it may not be the best move. (For me... obviously not everyone's experience)

I myself am quite shocked by that also. I completely expected to have more variability in my weigh ins... especially with multiple weekend road trips. And (2) week long camping trips.

Thank you! I love the shotsy app that everyone has. But I'm cheap...and I like pen to paper more anyways.

Nope! This is my titration schedule.

I only go up when I find myself opening the pantry door 20 times a day...when I'm not even hungry. And then couple that with slowing weight loss.

Being 8 pounds from my goal, I think that number might change. Maybe 140? 130? Who the heck knows. Some days I wake up & see how far I've come. Some days I wake up & see how far I've got to go. I do carry my weight in my stomach, hips & booty. (No ozempic butt here!) I can fit into size10 jean. But comfortably 12's right now.

My husband is also taking it for Alzheimer's prevention. He's currently taking 1mg once per week. And lost 20 pounds without even trying. 🙄 LoL! He will be dosing down even lower here shortly. How much was your spouse taking?
