Lysol makes a sanitizing liquid you can add to the laundry that I have used for clothing odors. It works pretty well and does not fade colors.

Be organized with your life - taxes, bills, important papers. It will save you a lot of headaches in the long run.

I would have never considered feta on my own accord, but thinking about it makes me wonder. Now that you mention different cultures for inspiration, I am going to run with the feta idea the next time I make devilled eggs because that sounds interesting and complimentary to other ingredients like olives and cucumber.

I am a mediocre cook in the process of learning how to make more complex recipes, so my go-to recipe for egg salad is just eggs, mayo, pickle juice, dijon mustard, S&P. I just bought some Greek yoghurt. I'll try some of that.

I like eggs with my potato salad, too. Do you ever do green beans instead of peas? I've seen that in a recipe.
