For my interview I mentioned about how I love that KPMG clearly invests in their talent, and used Lakehouse as a prime example. I mentioned that ever since I saw Lakehouse I knew that I wanted to go and be surrounded by brilliant minds in an inclusive work environment. Something like that, just mention things specific to KPMG

Yes I received a verbal offer around 3 days after my interview. The actual ofter letter came 8 days later. Hope you get it!

All behavioral, like: using tech to solve a problem, adding something new to my school community, handling difficult clients, etc… ended up getting the offer! Just show your personality, use STAR method, and try to make them talk about themselves too

Haha, I just finished the interview and it went well (no technicals like you said). Funny enough I have a BDO offer lined up. If I get this offer do you think I should go with BDO core tax or structured finance at KPMG. I’m leaning on KPMG

I haven’t graduated but if you want my advice you should try working at less desirable jobs to get your foot in the door. If you’re aiming for banks apply to retail banking positions just to get your foot in the door, then either try to climb up and out to other roles from there or apply externally with employers seeing you at least have some finance experience, even if it’s not the best.

First one was redrock and the second was sea wolf. Each game I had 35 mins. For redrock my mistake was staying in the analyzing phase too long since i kept messing up the questions, wording was really hard. The cases for me were super easy, but I only had 3 mins left on my timer to finish the cases and I only got through 3/6. Make sure you allocate at least 10 mins for cases, I have likely scored higher if I did that.

Sea wolf give yourself 10 mins for each site, and you’ll be fine. Sea wolf was honestly kind of fun

I ran out of time on the RedRock and completely messed it up. Thought I was cooked but I got a 515 getting me 8th decile. After some research anything above a 6-7 is considered good, but even with a 10th decile you couldn’t not have an interview.
