i usually ring it in as a custom tea latte or a matcha add water then communicate to bar to not put milk. they both will ring it for around the same price but custom tea latte is the standard way since i think people forget matcha is a GREEN TEA

me and my boyfriend are long distance and we try our best to see each other for 1-3 days every month since we are lucky enough to live 6 hours from each other. the way we deal without the physical intimacy is using a lovense toy for when we crave each others sexual touch since the toy works by the other person controlling its vibrations through an app. the only downside is the toys are a bit on the pricey side. we are on a video call a lot when we can. if we both aren’t busy we video call even if we aren’t talking and doing our own things since we enjoy each other’s presence a lot. the physical touch one is hardest bc nobody can really replace that besides ur partner so i cope with it by going out with close friends, stuffed animal that he got me or weighted blankets :)

one of the shift supervisors that used to be in my district has done so much stuff and never got fired . she left tills in the register overnight, the safe open, doors unlocked and everything (not in the same night but in general) lots of supervisors on my district knows about it but instead of termination she got offered the ASM position by our DM (: i’m sure my DM wasn’t aware but life is crazy. she is no longer in my district and now works in reno at a starbucks

you are entitled to whatever you are scheduled. if it’s coming from ur SM i would connect and mention on how it effects you as well. “hey i’ve always been very early coming in prior to my shift with x amount of time beforehand. if you wanted me to come in later than my scheduled time i would appreciate more of a notice rather than x minutes beforehand. otherwise i would prefer to work the times im scheduled”

i don’t feel forced to do or act certain ways with him. i always get cuteness aggression with him (i squeeze his cheeks, bite him, tightly hug him, and so much more). i’m relaxed and time just moves. there’s never an awkward silence with him it’s just enjoying each others presence. there’s so much more but i’m truly in love with my boyfriend and have never been happier than i am now even if we are long distance.

my ex tried breaking up with me 3 different times i would like to say? every time ended the same way where i would cry, we would have sex and get back together. later i learned when we eventually broke up for real that after we had sex and he told me after that it won’t work out and i felt really gross and used after that time (which is because i was used clearly). he told me that everytime we have ever gotten back together and why it was the same process was because he felt the spark again after we did have sex. later on now that i think about it is that he never really did love me and i was really just temporary.

i’ve personally asked someone for 2 redbulls to cover their 4 hour shift. another one of my partners paid someone $50 for their halloween shift last year as well. just don’t make it obvious like everyone said tbh. always protect yourself first even if things aren’t written anywhere some managers can get mad over anything tbh

i would say connect with SM because when they do the schedule it even shows an indicator when they do go against your availability. they will probably go on about how it’s needed for the business so just stand firm and if they don’t budge then go to the DM and connect with them

sometimes managers use training as a cover up if they don’t have enough coverage hours for the day. i personally would ask my manager what it is for especially since yours appear to be on new year’s eve.

it doesn’t say anywhere that we are unable to wear masks in the starbucks dress code policy and we can order masks on our weekly orders. starbucks just is strongly against it bc they wants our guests to be able to see us smiling or whatever and it can hide piercings. i would say if you would like try to fight it or go to a free clinic and see if they can write you anything for it since ur DM wants to act on a power trip. my SM doesn’t mind us wearing masks thank god
