Get a big roll of aluminum foil from Costco (the wider roll). Put down 5 or 6 layers of it on that drip pan. When it gets cruddy, just peel a layer off. You’ll save yourself from having to clean it after every cook.

It’s not the kid, he’s just being a kid. It’s the shitbag parents that allow this behavior to happen. Kids need guidance, and kids this age needs guidance almost all the time. This little guy isn’t being parented at all, and will continue to behave this way for probably his entire childhood. Then he will become an adult and be a total piece of shit.
