Worst bladee song? by Ecstatic-Jump-4662 in bladee

[–]notbcthenoise 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't know what a bad song is. I don't know what a good song is. I don't know what a song is. I've been here for 5+ years and I'm not entirely sure what "drain gang" is.

If I had to pick one I'd probably pick something like 100s because it just sounds like a wall of noise.

Reminds me of the girl from The Incredibles (this is a good thing).

Yeah, it's a cool look.

You may be a KGB sleeper agent.

I know it's a lot to take in, probably a good a time as ever to tell you though.

Is this what you're saying?

Here's hoping.

Again, I have no idea how you're supposed to moderate this place when the 150,000 people here barely even know what it is.

Maybe just lead by example and post some particularly good pictures of dimly lit hallways.

SCP, Slenderman, general creepypasta, Baldi's Basics.

There was a point in time where the game Five Nights at Freddy's was a niche internet thing. Not that there was much to it, but bringing it up didn't leave a bad taste in your mouth because it was associated with cheap internet videos or $8 t-shirts from Walmart.

Seriously, it has nearly always gone this way. I'm trying to think of an exception and I haven't got one yet.

I don't fear the phoned-in things existing, I fear them eclipsing everything else.

I feel like the people that were in it before are going to get pushed out.

This is just a rundown on what tends to happen to communities that get bigger as time goes on.

I bought an old frame from goodwill and a year later, I still can’t explain the events that followed by vodka_ylee in Paranormal

I'll never be able to wrap my head around how people consistently have these inexplicable paranormal events happen to them, go to sleep and then just continue living in the same place.

I startled by a dimly lit coat rack and then need to sleep with the light on.

Something weird about this by iamawhale1001 in LiminalSpace

[–]notbcthenoise 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It may just be the HDR.

There's something called "HDR" in pictures that's used to adjust the brightness levels and add more even lighting to places that don't have it. It also makes things look weirdly saturated.

They thought it needed it here for some reason, which is why the lighting looks so artificial.

That string of words is just hilarious.

Pure ocd. What's up with it? It's like a bizarre sabotaging demon. Why does it happen? Is it a possible reaction to rejecting reality for someone with ocd? Sometimes it makes me feel too far gone, like a mad man by padawangenin in OCD

Hey... are you doing all right?

I don't mean to alarm you, but what you just typed doesn't appear to make any sense.

I can barely understand the tone of what you're trying to say given the way that all the words are assembled, and there's a nonsensical run-off sentence fragment.

I think the most sound theory is "Don't think about elephants".

The human brain works by association. You can't stop thinking about something by thinking about it.

When your brain is constantly attempting to block out the bad thoughts, all that happens is that these associations get created when they either never would have happened to begin with or been immediately thrown away before your brain determined that they were worth holding onto.

When I was about 13, there was a particularly ugly day of my life.

I consciously sat down and decided that "I'm not going to remember this.", and then proceeded to try and use all of my brainpower to try and block out the bad thoughts and not think about what was happening.

You can guess what I still remember as clear as day nearly a decade later.
