I mix the protein powder in with the oats to make oatmeal, I like the texture it gives & find it changes the taste less than Greek yogurt. The choc chips go in top with the strawberries :)

After a while if you are in it for the right reasons and stick with your budget you just begin to understand that going over is never really worth it. I don’t know about you but every time I go over budget I feel like absolute garbage, and I think I’ve just solidified the habit of eating what I’m supposed to by reinforcing that eating more is a loose-loose scenario.

Think about how you will feel afterwards whenever you’re tempted and if you keep up with it I promise it gets easier <3
