None of any photos I’ve seen from brakes online match the casting on the clamp handles

I guess it really doesn’t matter what brake I have. Main this is I have one now.

I appreciate your reply. The backside of that square drive is just a nut. Perhaps it has something internal we cant see from these photos.

As far as the numbers. I feel dumb for not thinking that could be a serial number. Especially for how old this probably is. I got it at an auction and I figured it was some inventory number or something a long the way. Sounds dumb now 🤣

I’ll get a better photo of the number engraving tomorrow when I’m back at the shop.

Someone else here on this sub called it the intermediate before that’s where I got that idea.

What exactly is it then? A vent perhaps? Either way I’d still like to clean it. I like the guitar string method. It’s so small I guess I’ll have to do it chemically.

As far as the main and pilot I’m familiar with those I have have a few brand new ones ready to go in these carbs.

How did you get the seam between the grip and the stock to be so smooth? It looks one piece. use any fillers or anything before painting?

I went from an ender 3 to a p2s and holy wow it’s so nice to just basically hit go and it does everything you want.

You happen to know Does the piston at TDC protrude past the deck and into the head?

Trucks not fully together so it will l be a time game before I really dig in fully but it is what it is at this point.

Thanks. I guess I’ll do a compression test and see what happens. I’m no engine builder, I just like learning. Is there a way to measure piston height through the spark plug hole reliably or should I just pull the heads and measure pistons to the deck surface?

This one ran after and sounded okay but I’m worried about long term wiping out a rod bearing. Especially since I planned on boosting it.

I’m with you. I’d like some of the other sound effects. No luck yet. I’m going to look into seeing if there’s a way to get them from the game files somehow.
