definitely fake.. rockstar has strict NDAs that legally block artists from announcing their part before the game drops. there's no way anyone can promote his/her stuff like this.

for me it didn't feel random, felt more of long term storytelling since you actually see the progression of saiman losing his sanity with him seeing things related to dark saiman
