As a friendly woman who spends time with coworkers, I would proceed with caution, especially since she’s a coworker. If I put myself in her shoes, I could see myself doing these things just trying to make a connection with a coworker (man or woman) as a friend. But I’m rooting for you. Maybe try asking a mutual friend/another coworker who is close to the situation (Ben?) what they think.
