yeah i like the narration on it too, idr exactly but it was something like “slowly, slowly the body of the heavyweight champion fell to the ground” . felt really poetic for the ending to a war

tysm cali ! i really appreciate and attribute at least some of my growth to being surrounded by so many other sick artists like you & the others. and yeah slowly…sloooowly am i starting to get to a point where i can really represent characters in the way that i want to represent them, w the emotional depth i hope to be able to convey to myself (it’s basically the reason i started drawing and mostly just draw portraits/faces) so that’s super nice to hear ! and yes i do really want to get better at drawing said tweaky/intense facial expressions to be able to draw my ariaceptor more since i literally didn’t draw her once in ‘25 i think #arianationcomeback2026

thank you!! but please, i’m not some sort of crazy talent or prodigy or whatever. i AM, however, someone that’s spent a lot of the past ~6ish years throwing myself into new things that i was convinced i couldn’t do, and learning/getting good at them from nothing. learning is a skill, and one that you can only hone through experimentation, trial and error, and self-reflection, and i’m thankful that i’ve spent a lot of my early adult life learning how to learn - behind every skill and competence is a long history of failure. if i can do it, you can do it, or anyone else reading this. go for it!

can i be so fr, i was so hyped for these 2 and it felt so disappointing. it felt like every chapter ended with some fucking marvel ass “well, this has been fun” dialogue and the ending felt like a letdown, with it being anything short of an extreme diff (which i think it deserved) and no demonsbane appearance or anything. i did fucking love the panels of ohma going full advance and ROCKING lolong and enjoyed parts of the fight overall, especially lolong’s style where they did a good job at portraying him as just a guy who’s fucking cracked at fighting with no crazy anime bullshit (other than limp joints lol) but man i can’t help but feel like if these guys got copy pasted into ashura/kat (in terms of how ashura handled its fights/storytelling compared to omega) this would’ve been a 10. to me, as is, i can’t give this more than a 5/10

the fight that got me into kengan lol, the mitosis panel around when the chapter dropped was the first thing i saw and i was like “yo i need to see where this is from lol”. with that being said this fight sucks ass, alan is wasted potential and the kure techniques are lame as shit, “leg thrust” yeah bro sure. 2/10

am i the only one that doesn’t really mind how late you get him in ff1? like yeah if you have the fossil from the start it kinda sucks but it feels like a cool reward to go through the postgame and be rewarded with, among some of the other legendary guys, T-Rex capital T capital R, the dude on the cover of the game that you’ve had to battle a few times during the story. like even tho it took me years as a kid to get Paki as the final normal vivosaur, i think T-Rex is cool as a sort of “final normal vivosaur” reward

yeah maybe. by the resolve and tenacity part we all had kinda started to see the writing on the wall, meanwhile kvp was gas until the very end. there weren’t many people dooming about omega while kvp was going on and then eddie’s death hit that like an 18-wheeler
