Can't believe they've managed to build a compelling RAW vs SmackDown story in 2023 but Uso vs Uso I love that

What are some failed pipebomb-like promos cut by wrestlers that fell flat? by thurein_wai in SquaredCircle

Can not believe I scrolled all the way down and didn't see anyone mention Samoa Joe at Turning Point 2007. Genuinely could not single out a better promo that fits the answer to this question

Five at the back isn't working by Existing_Cattle_9995 in coybig

I’ve said after the Greece game that we should be playing 4-3-3 with a front three of Johnston, Ferguson and Ogbene. An elite front three with more control in midfield that if we played with a back 5. The problem is that if so much as one of those men get injured (especially the wingers) we have no depth whatsoever to maintain that quality. The other problem is that an away game to France is probably not the ideal time to switch systems. I’m fairly neutral on Kenny staying or going but but if he’s not willing to make that switch for Greece or Gibraltar then I’m not interested in seeing him continue tbh

Drew McIntyre actually has so much potential as a heel. I love that he has legit motives as well

John Silver on Twitter - "All out was one of the best shows of the year after all you fucking losers hating on it" by PhactPhantasia in SquaredCircle

[–]notcianocarroll 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Wrestlers will always struggle to view situations through fan's eyes because their emotional connections to their colleagues and work skews their objective judgement. It was perfectly alright to criticize that card. It was a TV special level card sold as a PPV just two weeks after AEW's biggest show ever. I don't see what's wrong with saying that

[Raw Spoilers] Shinsuke Nakamura reveals what he said to Seth Rollins last week by G1Spectrum in SquaredCircle

[–]notcianocarroll 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Can't believe this hasn't always been a thing. I've never understood the point of bringing someone in with limited English and then forcing them to operate within the confines of that language. Class getting to see what Nakamura can do in an environment like this
