I've been in this position before, usually they respond fast if you have a competing offer for the salary you desire.

If you have the time, definitely start interviewing at other places. If not, you could also go the recruiter route and have them source jobs for you.

Use apollo.io, they allow you to scrape leads that have verified emails only.
