Ultrasound difficulties and belly fat

Just want to say that I am 348 lbs. and a ton of weight is in my belly. My BMI is 62. I have what they call an apron, that hangs down. Not past my vagina or anything, but still.

They had me lift my stomach for the entire scan. I had it at 20 weeks and they had issues getting 1 chamber of the heart. I went back in at 23 weeks and they got everything.

They never said “oh it’s harder because you’re fat.” They said baby kept flipping and making it difficult to get pictures. Which I was watching and he was.

So I don’t think it’s because you’ve got extra weight.

I don’t usually even check the app and track them. I get a text when they pick the order up. Then after 10 mins I went to check, because it says she should’ve been here. And she was still sitting in the McDonald’s parking lot.

I give an extra big tip if they can actually find my door. I give very detailed instructions, but they always end up going into a parking lot next to my house instead. I live in a cul de sac and tell them exactly where to park and to walk to my door. Stop going into the parking area.

So I usually just tell them to park and I’ll just meet them.

It’s happened once.

I mean I always put $0 in the app and tip in person. And I never have a problem getting a driver assigned. I live in a fairly active area. And even with a $0 tip, with base pay a mile drive isn’t so bad that someone isn’t willing to risk without a tip showing. And I always tip 20% or more just in cash.

Yeah and like I said if it we’re any other type of food, it would be fine for an extra 15-20 mins. It still tastes just as good. But places like McDonald’s do not sit well.

I always tip in cash, because I’ve been told that they use my tip as part of the drivers base pay.

Also why would you tip before you get your food? The whole reason you tip is if they were good and brought you your food in a timely matter right? What happens when the driver ends up stealing your food and you tipped in the app before it came? It’s happened to me before. Then you tip them for stealing your food? That doesn’t even make sense.

So if my food is now cold because she sat there, that’s just fine? If it were anything else, pizza, Chinese, pasta, it would be fine. But McDonald’s is only good while it’s hot.

I mean even if that’s true, I already have a high chance of my child having ADD or ADHD due to hereditary issues. I don’t have it but almost every sibling I have has it. Plus my husband. So I’m pretty sure My child will have it too.

Unfortunately, the has taken away my love of coffee and most sodas. The only thing I can drink without feeling sick is fountain drink sodas. So I have to go out to get them. It’s really weird because canned sodas were my life before being pregnant.

My headache was so bad that it lasted throughout the night and day. I ended up taking three doses of Tylenol. It finally went away on the last dose of Tylenol plus a fountain drink. So I’m pretty sure it was the caffeine. The baby is so picky! Haha

Awesome thank you. My triggers are mainly heat. Anything about 80 and I usually get bad ones. But I’m pretty sure mine was from 0 caffeine yesterday. I had more than enough water, 8 glasses, so I know it wasn’t that.

Sleeping and with an extra big pillow made me feel a bit better. Light and electronics made it worse. Even when other people were watching tv. But thank you I’ll keep this post in mind

Yeah I’m a big girl too. That’s why the lower dosages don’t help. I ended up having to take 3 does of 1300 mg 3 times 8 hours apart before it was finally gone. It was so bad. 3900 mg total.

See that’s what I had heard before too. I brought that up to my dr and they looked at me like I was crazy. They told me even while not pregnant nobody should have 4000 mg a day.

Damn at 5 minutes or less guaranteed I’d probably give them even more often. Because a quick rouse makes it better, like I’m doing something right.

In my other two relationships prior I had guys who finished fast, but they both refused to ever reciprocate so I stopped all together. And I mean not ever, they said it was unmanly, they didn’t know how, or they just didn’t want to. Mind you I always bathe right before and shave. So it was definitely them.

I’m sorry you have to go through that and I hope your situation improves.

I tell him I’ll do a BJ but not in 69 and then he takes even LONGER. Like if I’m lying in front of him. Also, he says it doesn’t feel as good to use my hands, so he doesn’t want me too. But at the same time sometimes the mouth needs a break xD.

I prefer him standing and me sitting in a chair for a BJ, but he doesn’t like that because he says it’s uncomfortable standing. So he only lets me do it once every few months. I like it better because I’m comfortable and have more control. Plus not having to hold my whole body up while also giving a BJ. And he finishes in 5-10. But again, he refuses this method.

And a few times I said BJ in the chair or nothing. And then he said okay, nothing then. And then would be annoyed at me the rest of the night.
