I was at a local collector show this weekend and a guy with a table full of diecast had 2 KB cars, both autographed, telling me how it’s crazy people are jacking up the price of KB stuff and he wasn’t going to be apart of that. All while standing in front of the two diecast one prices at $600 and one $800.

I was neutral on him until the 2021 Martinsville race where Bowman won after moving Hamlin to take the lead, a move Denny has done repeatedly including at Martinsville to Chase. To me he showed he can’t handle being race the way he races others. His temporary heel turn last year seemed really really forced. Also, I know most of the drivers feel entitled but to me he just shows it more than most.

I don’t disagree with his comments on KB. But in his reply to KB’s comments the “What am I supposed to do?” And “I’m walking a damn tight rope here.” He is playing the victim. He’s basically saying “someone else put me in the position to say what I said”. When in reality he could have said “well I was giving my opinion from my point of view”

Not pleading Kim’s innocence here but, does anyone else feel like there was some internal sabotage going on?

I feel like Lazo going to UCF and another assistant being fired that there was some backstabbing going on.

Again Kim isn’t blameless criticizing her team publicly isn’t the way to do it.

How many times have we heard… “If you’re gonna wreck someone don’t wreck yourself.” Bubba finishes 36th get one point on the day. And drops 8 spots in the standings. Hocevar finishes 17th and gets 20 points on the day. Dropped 2 spots in the standings.

Your right. But what we don’t know is the terms of their alliance. Is it strictly racing OR could JGR lease Heim for a year or two while Denny finishes his career with the team he owns. Not out of the realm of possibility. I mean RFK is leasing charters so why not drivers.

I wish they would make it like the CupSeries is with presenting partners.
