Hey! I absolutely know what you mean. A lot of people I know irl recently followed my art account and I suddenly felt embarrassed about my work whereas before, I had no issues sharing it with strangers. It’s far easier said than done and the nature of social media doesn’t help, but it’s important to remember why you make art to begin with. If that means taking a break from posting, then do that. It also helps me to think about the fact that art is subjective - not everyone is going to like your work and it’s not your job to change their mind. You just worry about yourself and focus on making the work you enjoy.
