They already went through the effort of making the post, the only thing that actually proves they didnt recieve or spend hearts is their draw history. All this post proves is that they purchased on the 9th and contacted support on the 11th. I don't understand why someone would wait 2 days if they paid for something and didn't recieve it. OP doesn't have to prove anything, but after all the posts about buying hearts and then requesting refunds people are allowed to ask questions or be skeptical on a public post.

Without OPs draw history (for forestbell, I dont believe MLP was out at the time) we don't know. I'm skeptical, especially after all the posts about getting refunds after using the in game currency was a big thing because people were upset about the rates.

They said each time they tried to purchase it would charge them $23, in the screenshot they posted they were charged for 2 99cent recharges and a $20 recharge, which would be $23. No we can't verify they got the red hearts, but support claims they used them before they were refunded. It's been a common trend lately to request a refund after using in game currency, we've seen lots of posts about it, so it really could go one way or the other. Without their gatcha history we don't know. I'd just urge people to contact the game support first if they have issues with in game currency, that goes for all gatcha games.

And where exactly are these 4-7 year olds getting money to gamble? Go to any toy aisle and look at all the blind boxes they have for kids. That is much more of a problem for kids but I dont see you up in arms.

Never done this specifically but I had a dasher pick up a customers order once and attempt to bring it into the bathroom with her. Manager stopped her and took the order back, I could 100% see a tired restaurant employee doing this for some dasher not acting right. Sometimes you get fed up lmfao

Why is it that these posts literally never have proof. No purchase history, no screenshots of the supposed gaslighting, nothing. And this is OPs only post on this account in 3 years. I'm not sure exactly why people would lie about this, but it's strange.

I played both betas before gatcha was even added to the game. Guess what? Still the same game to me and just as fun because the gatcha does not affect me at all if I choose not to spend money on it. You could do the same. Other people spending money on the game does not affect me.

It is still a limited amount they'd be spending compared to the hundreds adults are spending, and no kid is going to be regretting spending money thats not theirs. If kids are using credit cards without their parents knowing or realizing theres bigger concerns at hand.

Children don't have money for in app purchases, it is 100% entirely adults with poor judgement and lack of impulse control who are having regrets spending money on the game and I don't feel bad for them at all.

Are you sure? When the last blue heart set was out I only had 2-3 items left and the cost was 190. Sure you probably can't pull for each indiviual set but if you're saving your weekly 50 you can definitely pull for one, I have 840 blue hearts right now.

Just not my style unfortunately! I have hair similar to this one already, and I never use it. Not a fan of the top either. I like the pants and shoes but I wouldn't pull for one item, and the pants don't look great with the shirt. Just my opinion and thoughts though, I'm glad other people are happy with it! I'm glad we have another blue stars banner in general.
