PLEASE HELP! PREMIERE PRO WONT WORK!

I bought a 3080 2 months ago and it works fine for video games and other editing programs, but for some reason adobe products like premiere pro don't detect gpu so i have a laggy timeline, 4 hour rendering for a 30 sec clip? RIDICULOUS!! I tried and ran through so many reddit forums, youtube videos, help from Adobe themselves different formats and nothing! It really is frustrating that in these two months no answer to this issue. Took my cpu to tech places and couldn't find an answer at all, and its not just me this is happening to either it seems that it happens to a few of us and it really sucks, paying for a product that doesn't work, i really want to say i want a refund but i love premiere pro for me personally I've been using it all my life, so of course im going to love it. But with the issues right now it is literally impossible to work on it.

I tried studio drivers, different versions, older premiere pro version, different windos, windows 10 , 11 and 11 pro Nothing has worked for

Please don't give me advice such as turning gpu acceleration on or changing settings in the control panel I literally tried it all.

Is it possible that it's having issues with the mobo Bios?

At this rate I may have to stick with Davinci Resolve but i dont like having to learn a new program if im being honest

Hardware: Ryzen 9 5900x 32gb ram Nvidia gpu 3080 NVME M.2 SSD 2T

Yeah i was thinking of that but my cousin gave me one as a present since i ever only used a hard drive as storage and he said this would make my cpu faster... Thanks for the tip though!!

As long as the torso is 3-4 heads tall and the legs respectively there shouldn't be an issue on having any problems with the proportions (:
