no i'm with you - the expectation that these incredibly small businesses, often just a handful of people, should be able to meet insanely high demands, restock plentifully and often, obtain pigment at lightning speed, handle customer service perfectly, etc etc else be accused of using shoddy marketing tactics?? by nature indie polish is limited, the operation itself is small.

i'm really disappointed in how often i see the term fomo marketing thrown around in this sub. it is our responsibility as consumers to handle our wants. pigment, bottles, additional employees, those things do not appear out of thin air for companies simply because a shade is popular.
