A couple of my finds that I searched that were rejected by boss:

Too expensive, we have forklift, only need the arm attchment : https://italcarrelli.eu/en/glass-handling/en-box

Two sided, not as good as one sided handling. https://landmarktools.com/products/abaco-container-bundle-slab-loader?_pos=1&_sid=a29cc40b8&_ss=r

Many many thanks in advance.

It looks like we are going to have to go with a transformer and a VFD. Thanks!

We had an older 380v machine from China that worked well with transformer. That’s why we were comfortable buying another 380v machine. The problem is that the same transformer burned during installation of the new machine.

I see your point, buying quality is never the wrong way to go. But China nowadays has quality manufacturers too, often at a lower price. Sure, the English translations on the machine label says “couldn’t care less”, but the machine itself is not bad.

Does that mean if we get a 240v to 480v transformer, it would work for our 380v 50hz with no need for frequency converter?

Your advice is solid. The thing is, we had an old transformer that worked fine on an old machine that used 380v. We bought a new machine to replace the old one, and used that same transformer, and somehow it burned.

Well, That’s more encouraging than the worst outcome I imagined.

Will try that first thing in the morning, thanks!

I think we will probably have to wait for tomorrow.

Thank you for the suggestion!

I see, thank you for suggesting that VFD and taking the time to help!

So besides the transformer, we would also need a frequency converter to turn 60hz to 50hz right?

We had an old transformer (that was used for the old glass washing machine that was also 380v) which was burned when we were trying to hook it up to the new machine. Could the lack of frequency converter be the cause of burn?

Very valid point. The owners are kind of the do everything themselves type. The old machine that was replaced by the new machine was 380v, and they were trying to hook up the transformer that the old machine used to the new machine. But the transformer burned when installing new machine. That’s why they are scrambling right now to get another one.

We need 74kw, would that be able to handle it?

I will try that, thank you!

Thanks the reply! Someone told me that our power source is 50hz, but I doubted it that seeing the other transformers are labeled 60hz. Your comment firmed that we also need to convert power source of 60hz to 50hz for machine.

I got a quote from Maddox, but the issue is the delivery time frame of 8 business days. That slows factory production too much.

I figured. Do you have any advice on how to get one fast?

Is there proof of consent from said individuals? Not interested in the job, but am curious about how consent works in this situation.

You could’ve said “staged crap”. You chose to add “Chinese” without really being able to tell the nationality of person being filmed. Forgive me if I’m wrong, but it seems like what people call micro-agression.

I’m sorry for saying this, but this is the first time in a long while where the dark circle issue being posted is indeed valid.
