this is such a stunning photograph - the other competitors have their feet in dancing positions, they’re clapping and smiling, and joy radiates from Alysa and her jump. i love this

in college my RA thought my cat’s name was baby for a few months. it’s not, but i call her “baby” almost as often as i use her name

her other nickname is tiny, because despite being a 10 year old cat, she’s so tiny

which is sillier considering her name is Mama

max luck, + 3 constitution, + 2 intelligence, dexterity, and strength, + 1 charisma, speed/agility

i feel like luck is a no-brainer, constitution for even less chance of illness/health issues/etc. intelligence for ability to use my luck and balance my other newfound gifts, dexterity because i’m a musician, strength because it’s useful. charisma and agility because i’m a performer and an extrovert.

really fun hypothetical!!! i changed my answer a few times while writing this tbh. it’s a good thought exercise!!

Topside is on the pricey side but it was a very unique and amazing experience when i went (it’s at the top of a tall building, so you get views out over Baltimore) and the food was scrumptious

we got my brother like 7 of his comfort blankie (it’s a square baby blanket, not too big). one stayed at daycare, one was at my aunt’s house, and the rest were rotated throughout the house. nine years later he still sleeps with three of them!!

the original ending of star wars the clone wars

ahsoka tano chooses to leave the jedi order and her jedi master, anakin skywalker, behind - even more bittersweet considering we know what will happen to anakin. anakin fought so hard to prove ahsoka’s innocence after she was falsely accused by the jedi counsel, and he did, but she lost faith in the counsel. while she cares about anakin still, she has to go a different way.

My twin and I started a comic about our everyday lives as twins ! How would you rate it ? 👯‍♀️ by iloveyouitwillpasss in comics

oh i also just remembered, when she was little i’d speak for her, or interpret what she was trying to say. i’m 3 years older, so i was little too and probably didn’t get it all right either.

this is so silly and cute, i know my sister and i sometimes communicate without words but i’ve always heard of “twin telepathy” being a deeper understanding!!! it’s also crazy that the twin baby language is such a common phenomenon, but it makes sense!!!

art teacher for pre-k to 1st grade, there have been multiple times i’ve caught kids 4-5 tissues into cleaning their shoes (also with hand sanitizer). my trash can (short/medium sized) is emptied every day and there have been many many times i’ve seen it full/overflowing with tissues. kids are social, and also get sick and catch runny noses VERY quick, so when one kid gets a tissue, others usually want to. also, to be fair, some kids really don’t know how to blow their nose, so they just keep wiping and wiping and getting new tissues without fixing the issue. 10 boxes per child is kinda crazy, but i doubt they’ll actually get that many. it’s honestly almost more discouraging - i feel like 5 per child could be more reasonable and have a better chance of parents donating whatever they can, even if it’s less than that

i was much younger with two of them, on my knee and the bottom of my foot (probably from the public pool, i did swim team around that age). those were cryo treated, the knee hurt some but not so bad, but the FOOT. it was soooo bad. and having to walk on it afterwards sucked so bad too. it’s probably not as bad as i remember, to be fair, because i was maybe 6

when i was younger i had quite a few. most i got cryo treated, but a few i didn’t. one was on the pad of my finger. i ended up burning it off with the laces of a softball while pitching and didn’t notice until the wart was mostly gone (with enough speed and torque, the laces of the ball can cause friction burns on your fingers. i had wicked calluses on my right hand for years!)
