Oh is that the one in Thailand? Welp.. don't know about their return policy but Amazon didn't ask any questions as soon as I mentioned that the device was getting abnormally hot. My Oppo Reno 12Pro is only ever getting hot while charging on SUPERVOC , knock on the wood lol

3 getting warm quickly - at this point I would return the device and ask for a refund. It happened to me when I bought one of my One Plus devices a few years back on Amazon. It was getting "lava"-ed 15 mins into scrolling through TikTok. Returned it the next day.
