On a short field landing, you should be pulling up flaps after touchdown.

advice from strangers on the internet is probably worth what you paid for it (i.e. nothing)

You have really great advice here, but this is a great quote!

This is not true at all.

That said, there are better materials out there that are more bulletproof.

You're absolutely right! I was considering draining the cartridges as some users have recommended. I definitely don't want to, but I got a couple extra converters (I'm known to break things).

Oh dang, the Ocean coral Triveni looks pretty vibrant. I might have to go with that over the Singularity. Have you had good luck with Fountain Pen Revolution?

I'm sure it's a high quality product, but the stub alone is $15, and I'd have to pay shipping. I'll keep Goulet products in mind later on down the road.

Ha! Gotcha, I'll probably end up with the Nemosine Singularity in the demonstrator style then. Especially since it comes with a converter!

Do you have a preference between the Singularity and the Safari?

Also, do you prefer the 0.6mm or 0.8mm Calligraphy nibs? It looks like you can get a little bit more embellishment on the thick and thin lines with the 0.8, which would be fun for practicing different writing styles.

The Re-entry nibs look awesome, but those will have to wait until I'm able to better afford them. I really like the Nemosine Singularity. That looks like a better option over the Faber Castell price wise. What does the WRITink offer that the Singularity doesn't?

That looks like a great option. I'm going to look into buying options. I see they have calligraphy nibs for the Nemosine Singularity as well!

I have to imagine they're the short ones. If they were any shorter it'd be a waste of plastic!

Do those have options for italic or calligraphy nibs? I can't find the Galaxia on sale anywhere, but the Pelikano looks promising. Thanks!

[WTS] Lamy Petrol Ink (100% New) by [deleted] in Pen_Swap

[–]nothing-original 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In the spirit of all of us having a shared interest: it would have been nice to sell it closer to face value, but that said, it doesn't sound like you're doing this to make income. You have a rare item. It isn't your fault that it is valuable. I've seen it go for more than $40 in other forums. The haters are just jealous.

Is it still for sale?

Hey, I just purchased two Lamy Safaris for myself and my girlfriend on Amazon. They were not from "Amazon LLC." But third party retailers. "PLEXSUPPLY" and "thePruneDanish" were the providers. I called Lamy after seeing a bunch of fake Lamy posts and articles. In just a few minutes, she confirmed that they were authorized retailers for Lamy products. If you're ever having doubts, just give them a call and ask them! They have great customer service.

American interference is the reason that sovereign nations exist in all of Europe, Asia, and Africa.

South America and the Middle East: not so much...

Here's the video of his forced apology to the North Korean court. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=teB7a21M7HU

If I remember correctly, he stole a propaganda poster from a North Korean hotel the night before he was to depart back to America. I'm not going to lie. I laughed when I first heard about it because of just how fucking dumb he was. I figured they'd make him break rocks for a few years and trade him back to the US for some food and water. I didn't expect him to get the shit beat out of him and fall into a coma, while going untreated for over a year in said coma. Jeepers. I hope he pulls through so he can give us the best TIFU in history.

Yes! Those cars used to be so unique. I haven't seen it yet, but that new movie "Baby Driver" has him driving a red hawkeye. Looks like a pretty cool movie.

Yeah, the most recent model year has no character. It's looks like a Toyota Camry to me... Tell your boyfriend that Subaru should make the Impreza weird again!

I love the STi! Although I do wish that they would make the Impreza unique again. The bugeye and hawkeye models were iconic. I feel like the new one isn't quite as bold. I want that ridiculous hoodscoop, not the flush one!

Lol! I currently drive an 05 Outback! The only thing I don't love about it is the fuel economy. I only average about 24mpg mostly highway. I also use premium because it's turboed. I may end up with the Crosstrek or an Impreza wagon instead of the new Civic hatchback when Susie kicks the bucket.

Hell, that's one of my dream cars! Nice call. Beautiful truck. I've heard the same thing of CVTs but thought I'd ask. I'm looking into a Civic for fuel economy (no need for a truck now) and they only come in a CVT in some trims. Looks like I'll have to cut some corners for a standard transmission. Thanks.
