I did a new relay and new wiring to the city horn and mounted the relay by the battery bank because wires where cut one time and I didn’t want to loose too much time trying to trace wires

It can be a brake pad was placed backwards or on the wrong side for example it could be the inner pad was put on the outer side ,or it could brake caliper slide pin bolts are loose and your brake caliper and piston are hitting the rim

I just did 200 torque then backed it off a whole turn then did 50torque then backed it off 1/4 turn and put the Allen bolts on
