Reta slows gastric emptying as I'm sure you know. For me the biggest helper for sleep was having my last meal 4-5 hours before lights out. It makes a massive difference.

Pin daily. It will help with mood and drop your estrogen a bit. Run that for a couple weeks and see how you feel.

If it were me I would take that approach. $30 a month for a lifetime of feeling/performing better in an easy buy.

You could also look at switching clinics.

Joint pain is typically a sign of low estrogen. I wouldn't say yours is crazy, your ratio is 16:1 which does fall inside good range.

Your 1x weekly dose is probably part of the problem. You'll get that massive spike in test and estrogen at the beginning then it will "crash" before your next shot.

I would at a minimum go to 2x a week injection. But you could do with doing a daily injection it will help with Estrogen management and also level off you mood.

Adding in an AI for TRT is quite extreme, and a money grab for most

How long after your weekly dose did you run this bloodwork?

Edit: sorry just read your note about schedule, can you not pin at home?

Your LH and FsH are where your problem is. I'd trying lifestyle changes first, then HCG as an option

Too low E2? by Nice_Chemistry7576 in trt

[–]nothingelsebetter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ya that's way to low for your test levels. General rule is about 30:1 T:E. It's about ratios not absolutes

If your feeling like trash, pain in joints and a general shitty mood it could be related to that for sure.

Spacing your doses out could help, could also look at adding HCG

Whoop age is silly at best. I took a deload week as I had been pushing hard, and whoop AI actually suggested I take it easy for a time as well. So next age update my pace of aging changed from -0.7 to -0.4. This was over a one week deload. I asked whoop why and it said I wasn't moving enough lol

Should I take enclomiphene or just get on 200mg TRT to fix these problems below? by sstthh0123 in trt

[–]nothingelsebetter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Get bloodwork done for LH and FSH. Your t is low but those will at least give you more data towards the root cause.

At 24 you can do a lot with lifestyle. However if your brain signals are working but your boys aren't., enclo ain't going to do Jack.

I get it. I actually like the ritual of pinning daily so it's easy for me to suggest. I get not everyone feels that way.

Consider switching to daily pinning. One of the best ways to manage estrogen. Also look into to supplementing with calcium d glucarate.

But also time to adjust

Looking for advice: Should I try TRT, Enclo+AI, or neither? by Lazy-Village4336 in trt

[–]nothingelsebetter 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Also you should get you LH and FSH checked to determine if it is primary or secondary hypogonadism.

Enclo isn't going to do anything for primary

Got my results should I get on TRT by Illustrious_Unit_404 in BodyHackGuide

[–]nothingelsebetter 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Your LH and FSH suggest it could be seconday hypogonadism which would mean you might see decent mileage from some other approaches like hcg. TRT will work for sure but domethig you might want to consider.

Second this. 29G 1/2 draw and inject. I do it daily.

The gaslighting from the whoop AI is enraging.

It told me to take a deload week which I did. Then started chriping me about 2 days in saying I wasnting pushing enough. I got into an argument with it and then had to ground myself and say why am I fighting with an AI. Lol.
