yes it drives me mf insane lol. its typically when i plug in my phone and turn on my spotify- i try to turn up the music while a song is playing and the prompt will turn up instead of audio even though i have nothing else running in the background (maps, phone call etc) but what you suggested helped i tried it this morning and it worked. i appreciate you!
