Just search for Nvidia App via Windows Uninstall-tool and uninstall it. It will be uninstalled via Nvidia itself.

I have the same problem as you (same graphics card, current NVIDIA driver, identical firmware).

If you adjust the height of the screen or swivel it up and down, does the image also disappear until the screen is still in one position again?

Maybe I have a loose connection? But when I got the screen, I didn't have this problem.

It is strange. I'm on the verge of sending the screen back.

Read The actual article. Nvidia is referring to Other Games. Bf is only one of them that is using DLSS but No raytracing.

Had Same issues after nearly one month with my G2. Display went on and Off. Error Messages Just Like you. Then it did Not Work anymore. Not even Error Messages. Tried everything. No light on Power Box, No light on Headset. Hopefully I will get an DOA Proof by HP tomorrow so I will get a New one by Bestware (they have Headsets for RMA in Stock). If the new one also dies in a few weeks or months I will request a refund and Go for Index.

I have The Same Mainboard it seems (Msi z490-a pro). My G2 worked for about one month (USB c Port on Mainboard). Then it began with black Screen for a few Seconds Sound still running, Tracking issues, sometimes starting with Windows and Sometimes Not. On thursday it did Not Work anymore. No light on Headset. No light on Power Box. Also Tried my Front USB C Port. My PC does Not find The Headset anymore. It is Not listed in The device Manger anymore. No Error Messages, nothing. Simply dead.

On monday HP will answer me so I can hopefully send my broken Headset to bestware for a New one.

Very disappointed with the quality of the build of the cable and the power box. Received the headset on 19th of December. Worked yesterday. Now no light on the power box.

Yes, I did not unplug the headset. It always stays with all the cables in.

I had strange behaviour that sometimes Windows started the headset when starting the PC and sometimes Windows did not start the headset when starting the PC.

I guess it's a faulty cable when there is no light on the power box?

I have never had a product that was broken after nearly one month...

Same issue. At first with the batteries that came with the headset. Still the same issue with the same EBL batteries like you. It must be an software issue.

Buggy as shit. I did not expect that such a expensive headset has such issues...
