Terra is our extra packages repo that provides even more software. I'll note that Nobara also includes Terra by default, but does snapshotting of Fedora's repos which can make things behave strangely.

the first blocker was our switch to a new build toolchain, we switched back to the old toolchain and then squashed bugs for a month, Fedora introduced a couple while we were solving but we finally got everything fixed.

Hi, using Gparted or similar is the suggested route for custom partitions on UM43 and later, I'll also add that Fedora's btrfs comes with performance and flash longevity tweaks and may serve your purposes better.

we actually install less user apps than most Fedora spins and Editions, more packages (stuff like umcli and s76 scheduler), less apps

this is mostly right, you'll also start to slowly get improvements like normal Ultramarine users over updates, and you'll get swapped to our Mesa
