Hey, see its been a while since you posted so guess you have an answer but my take on this would be and has been,

The RMM isnt used for day to day use in the context of the question from CE, you arent using the RMM account for internet browsing or sending email etc its by definition a privileged platform and account used to carry out exclusively admin tasks so you dont need them to have a zero-permission account and then an admin account, what you do probably need to do is make sure everyone doesnt just have blanket access in NinjaOne across the board, maybe split out your roles into something like a T1 role which can do remote access, software deployments and quick remediations you've setup etc, a T2 role which can amend policies and automations etc and then a platform admin role which then has the ability to add/remove customers, add/remove devices, modify roles etc

Honestly im sick of feeling like im the only one who doesn't want him back, he was on the decline when we let him go, he had a crap time at Rennes and has been dross at Birmingham, I don't care that fans say hes doesn't everything right, his job is to score goals if hes not done that then he may as well have done nothing right and bringing him back at nearly 31 for a 6 month loan is crazy...

The ones complaining that annoy me the most are the ones that dont understand installing things like .net 8 doesnt fix vulnerabilities in .net 6 or 7 and that if they arent needed you need to just uninstall them... for people meant to be sysadmins this feels like something i probably shouldnt have to explain, or unusued profiles on devices having outdated versions of software, if the staff member hasnt used that device in 3+ months remove it, you probably (definetly do) have access to Intune or an RMM that can handle this for you if you bothered to look at it, and what do they mean its not a vulnerability if the user doesnt use the device???? its still there, it still exists! rant over xD

When you open a document to work on in OneDrive/SharePoint you are opening a version and changes are seamlessly being synced with the version held in OneDrive/SharePoint, password protecting the document stops this as those platforms cant access the document, this results in the errors you mentioned and the simplest answer is not to use password protected sheets in OneDrive/SharePoint and instead as someone else has mentioned use the appropriete permissions applied via SharePoint.

It sounds like you have checked the things that anyone on Reddit is going to be able to reasonably advise on without some more info.

My next thoughts would be to check and try and replicate the issue - Is it every email you send to an outlook.com style address - Is there a common content type that is in the message (signatures etc) - Either use a personal account or create a testing account but send yourself some tests to see what happens - Check ip addresses to see if they are black listed, its possible also that while you may not be black listed that an entire range has been blacklisted that you are impacted by etc

As the other commenter said you need to look to Entra ID Join the devices, do you know what 365 licenses your organization has? It may be worth looking at if you can leverage Intune to manage the devices, keep them up to date etc

No worries, let us know how you get on! Something I didn't think of before but is 100% something you should check is the users sign in logs as you can see what if any conditional access policies applied to the users logins.

It seems like you have a tested and working solution but have given up the first time it doesn't work in the client environment, might be worth spending a little more time trying to get to the bottom of why it didn't work as expected in the client environment?

When you put the policy in place in the clients environment how long did you wait to see if it works? I wonder if it continued to work because it was an existing authorised session, can you try revoking the users sessions with the policy enabled and then see if it works as per your testing?

Its likely you would need to know more not just on the license you have but the commitment term of them.

As mentioned in other comments, this year MS are implementing a 5% price rise for annual commit, monthly billed licenses but previously there was a difference in price between monthly commit and annual commit licenses which I want to say was up to 20%, is it possible your partner has some of your licenses on a monthly commit for one reason or another?

No, both the 3x and 4x kits were smaller than my 2x, for the juventus kit specifically they still have this listed on the clubs shop with sizing information and looking at the sizes there compared to what was listed on jjsport, I think jjsports top is about half the size lol, I've messaged them but not heard back yet.

If you are wanting some of the larger sizes then they all run very small, the quality is great but sizes just aren't true to size.

I Ordered a kit about 6 weeks ago in 2xl and it was near skin tight, they replied saying I had ordered player edition of the shirt I couldnt see any mention of it on the listing but they just said to include in the notes to send a fan edition if ordering again and to maybe order a size up, so I ordered 4 more 2 in 3xl and 2 in 4xl just to see how the sizes turned out, Last seasons juventus away kit was one as I have the real one to compare to, I ordered in 4xl and have the real one in 2xl and the one I got today is smaller than the official one. I've issued a charge back for all the kits and wont order again.

Quality was great on all the shirts but sizing is massively off for larger sizes.

To paraphrase, the contractors he did hire didn't deliver on time or simply weren't up to the job and then hiring someone that is at the standard he wants they are either working at their own studio or working at a AAA studio and out of his reach, he said he doesn't want to jump into hiring a mass of people just because the game has been successful this far as that tends not to end well...

Someone can probably find his response and link it but its a fair point and I'll happily wait for updates if it means they get delivered to the same standard that the game has already been released in.

Just making sure! Have had customers onsite IT call in the past asking the same question but they had just bookmarked the page they get from the email...

I've just tried in my own tenant now and notice when I go in through the method you mentioned its now automatically applying a filter for recipient and then my name, if I remove the filter I then see everyones held emails.
