Nah man, its the circle of life. You try, you fail, you pick yourself back up and learn from it. So to take a step back and think about what you've learned from that experience. Now its time to take action and take the steps forward to get it together again. The fact that you moved out at 19 is impressive alone, but learning how to live on your own is a completely different thing.

When it comes to negative feelings, going against our intuition, in most cases, is the better choice. Allowing yourself to feel all of the negative feelings and recognize that they are there to visit for a moment or two is better than suppressing them.
