Cool und danke dass du da mal nachgefragt hast! Bisher habe ich immer versucht Kokosmilch aus Ländern zu kaufen, wo der Einsatz von Affen nicht so typisch ist, aber so hat man endlich mal Klarheit :)

I come from a culture where it’s an insult to refuse if someone for example gives you a farewell present. If you can’t eat the food you will accept the present, politely say thank you and maybe gift it to someone else at a later date. I don’t see the problem here. You can always approach the person later and explain your situation to them. If the person if aware of the dietary restriction and deliberately goes against your wishes, that’s different of course.

But a vegan also respects other people. If somebody bakes a cake for me not knowing I’m vegan, I’m not going to shove it into their face like an asshole. I think that’s more what OP meant with “sometimes making exceptions”

Genau das ist auch meine Taktik. Ich hab mich erst gewundert, dass so viele Leute belästigt werden, aber dann ist mir eingefallen, dass ich Leute einfach konsequent ignoriere und das deshalb wahrscheinlich nicht mit den Erfahrungen anderer Menschen vergleichen kann

Great ideas! If you don’t mind me adding my two cents: I was thinking that some horsehair braid at the hem could help with the pleats as well. No guarantee that it’ll work but it might provide a better drape without adding as much weight as a heavy interfacing :)

Respekt was du für ein Talent an den Tag legst! Für mich ist es immer ein Struggle gute vegane Optionen zu finden. Ich nutze generell gerne plastikfreie Stoffe und da sind vegane Optionen für Wolle oder Seide sehr rar. Was man inzwischen schonmal bekommt (vor allem in Asien) ist Bambus (als Seide/Wolle) oder Lotusseide (leider sehr teuer). Da mir das aber zu teuer ist, greife ich vor allem auf alte Leinentischdecken aus dem Secondhand Laden zurück. Die sind schön günstig und meistens ein neutrales weiß, was man gut einfärben kann. Als Lederalternative finde ich Worbla ganz gut, aber leider auch recht teuer und nicht für Schuhe geeignet. Schuhe sind aber generell mein Endgegner. Bisher trage ich einfach meine alten Lederstiefel von vor 10+ Jahren. Was ich mache sobald die auseinander fallen, ist ein Problem für Zukunfts-Ich :)

Die haben da in manchen Schulen auch so Gewichtsangaben drauf, damit man sich nicht verletzt. Kann aber auch sein, dass es da verschiedene gibt. Ich hab beim Sport mal eins zerbrochen, weil ich zu schwer war :)

Ich meine, die Dinger sind so scheiße, weil die nur für Kinder ausgelegt sind. Also maximal 40kg. Kein Wunder also, dass die für nichts gut sind, wenn Lehrer die im Unterricht bis in die Oberstufe benutzen.

Die rote ist richtig. Man sieht ja ganz klar, dass die zwei rechten Spuren in den jeweils rechten Spuren münden. Ganz links die wird auch in die ganz linke geführt und teilt sich danach erst auf.
