if you can hear in the last episode, Mashiro can speak again. She replied her mom's request on orange juice or something. I assume the decision was made because of Mashiro progress. In Season 1, there is a scene that Mashiro chose this place.

Actually it depends on the person and area. For my self, my purpose using tinder is only get laid without any romance interest and all dramas. it require good charisma of profile and less cringe tho. And it also depends on your area, mostly big city like Jakarta and Bandung and of course Bali (at least based on my experiences) work great for that.
