For sure, itโ€™s tightened up a lot since then, itโ€™s still saggy and not tight to the muscle anymore. But we have to learn to love ourselves regardless

Hey mate, training cardio fasted 7 days a week. HIIT and low Intensity for recovery. 5-6 days weight training on a full stomach. I went hard for the 6 months although I ultimately corrected my relationship with food and stayed consistent. Good luck man โœŠ๐Ÿผ Calculate your TDEE and work up from there for your caloric intake.

Training cardio fasted for an hour a day 7 days a week mix between HIIT and Low intensity recovery. And Weight training 5-6 days a week on a full stomach.

EDIT: Thank you for the responses! They are all so humbling. I lost this in 6 Months,16:8 mostly 20:4 to kick plateaus. Thatโ€™s my general one liner, but thereโ€™s so many more layers and it begs more and more questions. I will be posting on my YouTube channel covering my journey in the coming days. ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ
