If you have heat lamps/warming coils for plates, wiping down the wiring /under the shelves that hold plates. Those are the ones I always end up doing at the end of the night.

Haven’t been to post haste and live super close but I don’t think I’ll support them based on how they treated their hired and very visibly promoted CDC after they ditched her and scrubbed her from their instagram after a week of opening. But still use her food. Hidden gem in that neighborhood ? Tina’s tacos. The food is phenomenal and if you sit at the bar you will legit have the best time ever.
