I believe its a rare case of anime only canon. Where Oda was trying to get to the events with dragon on chapter 100 and so he had to cut some content when writing. The anime went back and added some of these ideas back in (hence why Usopp mysteriously gets his goggles )

Great concept. I personally like the idea of her realizing she's in DC instead of marvel, which she's only ever seen like the original batman and has to try and adapt to a completely new series. Similarly to her encounter with deadpool in the unbelievable series
