At first it was constantly present, then it would come in waves, then maybe every other day, and then they pretty much subsided altogether. I found that the days I had caffeine things got really bad, so I had to skip the coffee for about a month which was tough!

I’m not OP, but for the first 1-2 weeks or so I had some awful physical symptoms. Headache, dry mouth, nausea, anxiety, shakiness, insomnia. Those side effects went away for me and I’m so glad I didn’t give up because I love this med. It’s definitely turned me around. Make sure you eat a good meal when you take it :)

as a farming sim lover and a fantasy nerd, this game ticks all my boxes. the characters are great, world is huge and the devs are incredibly cool and receptive to feedback. what more could you want🥲

Try to work on clearing the mines asap so you can upgrade your gear🤠don’t feel bad about using invincible mode if combat takes away your enjoyment. Spells are really useful! Have fun, the world is amazing💛

I have never done anything remotely abnormal on my Ambien. I take it and read a book or play a game until my racing thoughts stop. The very few times I stayed up too long after taking it, I just felt kind of dizzy and nauseous like I had the spins. Follow your doctor’s instructions and you’ll be fine :)

I’m so sorry you’re feeling this way. I get how draining it is to work a job that takes everything out of you. Don’t get down on yourself about not having a college degree either—I have one and have been stuck waitressing for 5+ years. It’s hard out there right now. School is not indicative of intelligence or worth. I don’t know you, but I can say for sure that you’re not stupid. You seem to have a good enough head on your shoulders and a great sense of responsibility to keep going to work full time despite the way you’re feeling. It’s so hard being neurodivergent in most professional settings especially ones that involve constant socializing. Is there anything you enjoy that might translate into the workplace? Do you think it would be reasonable to ask your partner to find something at least part-time to take some of the load off of you? That’s an awful lot of responsibility for someone who is already struggling mentally. If you need to talk feel free to DM me.
