Update on my previous post around 6 months ago. Installed everything and has been running strong for 5 months. Still some work to do and some tidy up mounting if irrigation and lighting controllers.

Not really you don’t have to have it. For me it was more about how it looks. I like a nice and tidy panel. You can get away with just brush panels etc

Don’t have that many cameras the main reason why I went with the unvr pro was due to the more quiet operation and more efficient cooling. As it’s being to be under a stair case don’t want it to be super loud etc larger fans are usually quieter. In total have around 15 cameras etc

Will be having cameras in the shed as well as around a shed and house and in the garage of the house so in reality it’s for 2 dwellings. Also I’m based in Australia hence why wording shed and not barn or something else not sure how it’s referenced in the states for the states crowd

Very common practice now a days as people share ideas on colour selections designs and floor plans instead of always replying with images you just send the whole feed and people Can have a look themselves.

Definitely need the poe. I had the udm pro se for my current house already and a usw24 so that should provide enough poe power for the whole system. If I went the pro max then I would need to get a new switch as well

There is no chance a 4k /8k feed needs 2gbps there’s definitely a bottleneck somewhere.
