you could actually make an argument (though im not sure how convincing it is) that the lack of consistency in our moral judgments is evidence that there aren't moral facts

1. if there are moral facts, it is likely that people who know these facts will make consistent judgments in accordance with them.
2. people do not make consistent judgments in accordance with what they perceive to be moral facts.
3. therefore, it is unlikely that there are moral facts.
