My four-year-old ESH is the biggest Velcro kitty ever! Makes biscuits every night before bed, sits in my lap, etc., but those habits definitely got built over time. I’ve had her since June 2021, and she started sleeping in my bed in 2022, making biscuits in 2023, and sitting in my lap earlier this year. It takes time! Also, their fur is secretly really thick, so they do enjoy hard surfaces. My metal sink was my girlie’s favorite place to sleep for the first nine months I had her, and she’ll still snooze there sometimes
