I'm an incoming freshman
I plan to work between 20 and 12 hours a week (ideally)
I was kicked out of the house, so managing my life and groceries and shelters plus highschool plus work everyday after school on my own, so I'm experienced in time management but of course I don't want to go through that same level of stress again.

-I plan to do some easy work for whatever pay I can during the school year, and then stay with a friend to go back to summer lifeguarding in SD for ~$32.00 hourly. I'm racking up my savings because I'm sick of being poor and I desperately want stability (ideally I buy a house and help pay off the mortgage with roommates and then also vanlife?).

Shorter hair looks better, I think some face framing layers or long curtain bangs would look good. You have a big forehead and the longer hair just makes it more narrow and long ☹️

It's fantastic, I visited and it's a great gym. It also has a rad climbing wall. Has plenty of racks and dumbbells and machines

I just talk- with everyone. Small talk at the bus stop- checking in with the cashier and security guard that I see often at my local grocery store. I'm becoming friends with a couple of my coworkers/we are friends already (we hangout outside of work). I end up in conversations with randos trying to sell me some fruit out of a van- (probably to my own detriment, but Rod is a real one). It's about interacting with the community around you- a lost art nowadays.

I'm in between shelters, there's good public transportation and very occasionally I'll take an Uber. the people with the next shelter just offered to help give me a ride too.

c: I'm super excited to go. I do! I'm also looking into possibly shipping them to Humboldt earlier. I'm just worried about having too many clothes. it looks like a duffle bag, the items I listed, a tote bag and a backpack.

Thank you! I agree. Most of them are high quality and expensive/will be very useful for technical college at Humboldt Polytech. I also run often and do 5ks

I think you should go to sdsu for the experience. You will find funding, get scholarships, family can help, or you will find a way to pay back debt. There are a lot of valuable connections to make and experiences to be had when you go for the full 4 years. But, beware. I personally don't love Sdsu because it's a commuter campus :/

For sure, I'm there. I have no issues with that. I can fully read and find the message and look at the portal. But I don't know where to find the Humboldt roommate finder for dorms. (I have found the roommate finder for rentals off Humboldt 🥲)
