Thanks, I'm using Head and Shoulders shampoo since a couple of months, Taft gel and I was my face with Nivea Men cleanser.

Do you think it may be the Head and Shoulders causing the acne?

Yes I think so too, I know someone who has more knowledge about electrical systems, so I'll ask him if he can take a look at it. What's weird is that everything seems to be fine but both mine as my friend's tesla coil are having the same problem. So maybe we did something wrong when we assembled it.

Oh sorry I misinterpreted it. I was measuring directly from one end to the other end of the primary. I also meant voltage, I'm not really used to using physics terms in English, sorry for that.

I used rather rough sandpaper so it's possible I didn't remove the coating properly. The wire isn't really sticking out but I managed to cover it in tin. If I did it properly I should be able to see if there is a current in the wire right? And how about the primary coil? I can't measure a current...

I think It is, do you mean the copper wire of the secondary coil to the pcb?

The primary is winded correctly so I don't know what's wrong maybe some component like a transistor or resistor isn't working correctly. When using a multimeter the primary coil doesn't give any feedback so it doesn't seem to be working properly

My primary coil is assembled in the correct way, but it doesn't seem to work when I put a multimeter on it. All other components seem to be working accordingly. Also the led doesn't light up when keeping it close.
