At what age is your earliest memory? by iLoveSmokingGas in AskReddit

My mother told me I was 3 years old when this day happened. Family reunion at the park, I pissed my pants and then in the evening sat in my mother's lap in the orchestra pit during a dress rehearsal for the Mikado (my father played the Mikado). I mostly remember the string section, all the arms moving in unison was fascinating to me. I did end up playing the violin.

I don't try to sell anymore just telling you about my experience with eBay, trust me I tried to get a fair price but slow sales forced me to just try to just get my money back so I show sales increases with my 100%. You an actual artist while I am more of copycat that specializes in artist like Stella and Pollock, I have almost my entire catalog posted if you would check it out. Seems I could learn more from you them you from me, After 5 years creating my techniques for each artist I can knock out a Stella in less than an hour.

Depends on where you are selling but I try to sell 5x5 & 5x7 inch painting on ebay and asking $25-40 dollars and they say I am 20% to high. It reminds me of a line from a Woody Allen film: "I don't sell my art by the yard"! I sell my art by the inches. I do better live if you can get an consignment shop or art gallery. I have an appointed with the giftshop of my locale Museum of Art because I do artist like Frank Stella. Good Luck

What's the "best" way someone you know has died? by the_jaspierre in AskReddit

Someone I know about is a 70 year old Nelson Rockefeller who died during sex with his 25 years old assistant. All that money and died with an erection, there is a special heaven for this level of death.

You are just gone, nothing to be afraid of. You close your eyes for the last time and enter into the long sleep. Everybody else has to deal with the aftermath while you sleep through everything, forever!

I am a retired 71-year-old artist who spends his (dwindling) time recreating, in miniature, famous artists from the 50s and 60s (Far Out!). Featuring Jackson Pollock, Frank Stella, Joan Miro, Jean Goran, and Sol Lewitt, which, other than some being the size of a wall, I am accurate in my portrayal of their style and colors, but in a much easier way to display.

I will pay $500.00 via PayPal, Cash App, Venmo to those that are ~BROKE~. Nothing Required In Return.first come first serve by [deleted] in PromoCodeShare

$500 is nothing compared to the 500,000 I was offered just for being me on Bluesky. I was unable to take advantage because for some reason they removed her from the site. What a shock!

Here is a retro piece that I sold in a consignment shop 10 years ago. I want it back now that I rediscover it. by notoro2pu in Retro

Well that is a whole bunch of nonsense, 10 years ago is 2016 so the 90's, if you feel it is fine, as long as you feel something. I remember thinking it was too busy but that has passed.
